Apelred trains his herbalist

Apelred trains his Herbalist in the Ultimate Words of Healing skill and to compensate for the power it costs, he trains the Resurgent Power (Rank 12 = +329 ICPR) and Boundless Resolve (Rank 12 = +304 Morale, +65 Power) traits.
